Rebranding Leyton Orient's Stadium to Gaughan Group Stadium
In a significant rebranding initiative, Leyton Orient Football Club announced the renaming of their home ground from Breyer Group Stadium to Gaughan Group Stadium. This strategic move was aimed at reflecting the new partnership and the evolving identity of the club.
Our team at Candid Creative was selected for this prestigious project, tasked with designing, producing, and installing all new branding and graphics to usher in the Gaughan Group Stadium era.
Phase 2.
The Challenge
Our approach was collaborative and holistic. Initially, we conducted several workshops with the Gaughan Group and Leyton Orient’s management to ensure alignment with their vision and objectives. Our design team then developed a series of concepts that blended Leyton Orient’s rich heritage with Gaughan Group’s dynamic brand identity.
Once the designs were approved, our production team took the helm, utilizing state-of-the-art printing technology to bring the visuals to life. The installation process was meticulously planned and executed, involving detailed site surveys and coordination with the stadium’s operations team to minimize disruption and ensure everything was in place for the big reveal.
Phase 3.
The Results
The new signage around the tunnel and pitch area, along with the striking main sign at the front of the stadium, has significantly enhanced the matchday experience for fans and provided a vibrant new identity for the Gaughan Group Stadium.
The project was completed on schedule and within budget, marking a new chapter in Leyton Orient’s history with a refreshed, modern look that honours its past while looking confidently to the future.
